Holiday Inn Metairie New Orleans, an IHG Hotel

the location was great, the room size after we had to change the room was amazing. It was a one bedroom suit. with a large bedroom, living area, dinning area, and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was amazing as well minus the fact they do not serve turkey products. Everything was pork so we had to skip on the meat, but otherwise everything was very good.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were ready to help without delays for any issues.

The location was perfect for where we needed to go. The lobby was very modern and clean. The room was nice and the bathroom was updated and very pretty! The noise level was extremely low.

I like the room, breakfast and location.

We had exceptional service by two particular people there, by the name of Bre and Nicke. They made our stay very enjoyable and were very helpful and accommodating. The food is exceptional there also. The gumbo and bread pudding is a must have! I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone!
